COAD88 Health prides itself on having over 20 years of experience within the Victorian building industry.

Throughout this time, the Health team has focused on gaining extensive experience in small to medium-sized buildings, with an emphasis on additions and alterations to existing hospitals and projects ranging from $800,000 to $8 million. As these tend to be more demanding due to existing building restrictions, the projects involve working with external consultants, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Heritage Victoria, local councils, Relevant Building Surveyors, VCAT and other key stakeholders.

Their construction experience allows for a more hands-on approach that provides quick answers to some of the more complex issues. This, in turn, provides the best service for their clients as they operate on the principle of ‘one health project at one time’.
